Zonta Madison

What We Do

Service, Advocacy and Fundraising to Build a Better World for Women and Girls

Zonta Club of Madison is a network of local professionals who meet once a month (September – May) as a club, and separately in committees, to collectively plan activities which support service and advocacy projects, fundraising, and educating the public through community awareness programs. The club also supports the projects of Zonta International.

Zonta service volunteers distribute baskets of orange ribbon cards to area businesses and patrons for the 16 Days of Activism event.

Fundraising: Support for Local and International Projects

Zonta Club fundraises to support both local and international projects. Two thirds of funds are distributed in grants to local community partners. The remaining third supports  Zonta International projects around the world.
